\nThe reservation becomes effective only after the acceptance of the reservation of the camp-site, after reception of the deposit and
\nafter reception of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of
\nsale when booking online.
\nReservations are only binding on the campsite if it has accepted them, which Camping Ariege La Roucateille is free to do
\nor refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances likely to interfere with the execution
\nof the reservation made. Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the
\naccommodations are specially designed for this purpose. Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille reserves the right to refuse any
\nreservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would seek to divert it.
\nThe reservation of a campsite or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You cannot
\nUnder no circumstances will you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
\nMinors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.<\/p>\n
\nThe basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper for 1 or 2 people, access to the
\nsanitation and reception facilities.
\nRental
\nThe rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 1 to 8 places depending on the type of accommodation.
\nCamping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting themselves with
\na number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
\nReservation fees
\nCamping Ariege La Roucateille offers the booking fees on rentals and bare pitches.<\/p>\n
\nAny reservation for more than 15 people by the same or different individuals
\nbut knowing each other and travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay on the campsite is
\nconsidered as a group.
\nThe accommodations offered on the commercial website Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille are addressed exclusively to the
\nindividual clients.
\nFor any group reservation request, you can contact us by phone, by e-mail or via our
\n“CONTACT US.” Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or refusing it.<\/p>\n
\nThe prices indicated are valid for the current season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
\nThe amount of the tourist tax is set by the Pays Foix-Varilhes Agglomeration Community.
\nThe eco-participation is an eco-tax fixed by the campsite.<\/p>\n
\nFor reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the
\nservices reserved must be paid to Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille upon reservation. The balance must be paid no later than
\nat least 30 days before the start of the stay. In case of non-payment of the balance by the customer at the latest 30 days before the
\ndate of the beginning of the stay, the village reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to propose the accommodation again for rent
\nwithout paying back the deposit.
\nFor reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made
\nat the time of booking at Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille (30% deposit + balance of the stay).<\/p>\n
\n1. Modification of your reservation
\nThe customer can ask for the modification of his stay at the Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille (dates, type of accommodation) on request
\nwritten to the campsite (mail or e-mail) according to availability and possibilities. No carryover will be accepted on the
\nnext season. In the absence of modification, the customer will have to carry out his stay under the initial conditions of reservation or
\ncancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
\nAny request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and according to the rates in force.
\nAny request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to
\ncancellation and interruption of the stay.<\/p>\n
\nIn case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
\nClosing the borders
\nAdministrative closure of the campsite
\nQuarantine upon arrival or return of the client to the country
\nLimitation of travel to a number of kilometers that does not allow to come to the campsite
\nA voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for one year, will be issued by the campsite. In case of refusal

\nApart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer
\nwill not be eligible for a refund or voucher.<\/p>\n
\nIn case of cancellation by Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille, except in case of force majeure, the amounts paid for the
\nreservation will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of any damages or interest.

\nIt is the camper’s responsibility to insure himself: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc.).
\nCamping Ariege La Roucateille declines all responsibility in case of incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper. All
\nClients must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each tenant in title is responsible for any disturbance and

\nAnimals are accepted at the Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille campsite (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee of
\nfee payable of 3\u20ac \/ night and \/ animal at the time of your reservation. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are
\nProhibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. Vaccination booklet for dogs
\nand cats must be up to date.
\nIMPORTANT: they are strictly forbidden in the Premium Cottages.<\/p>\n
\nYou authorize Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille, as well as any person designated by Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille, to
\nto photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings
\non all media (in particular on the websites or web pages of Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille – including Facebook and Instagram –
\non the presentation and promotional materials of the Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille campsite and on travel or tourist guides).
\nThis authorization is valid for you and for the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and
\nthe animation of the Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille campsite and will not be able in any way to damage your reputation. This authorization is
\ngranted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.<\/p>\n
\nAny possible complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services compared to the contractual commitments can be
\nreported by mail or e-mail to the manager of Camping Ari\u00e8ge La Roucateille.<\/p>\n
