Booking conditions
The reservation becomes effective only after the acceptance of the reservation of the campsite, after reception of the deposit and after reception of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale during the online reservation.

Camping pitch
The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and the reception infrastructures.
Rental
The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is from 1 to 8 places depending on the type of accommodation. Camping Ariège La Roucateille reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting themselves with a number of participants superior to the capacity of the rented accommodation. Group reservations
Any reservation for more than 15 people by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay at the campsite is considered as a group.
The accommodations proposed on the commercial website Camping Ariège La Roucateille are exclusively addressed to individual customers.

Rates and tourist tax
The prices indicated are valid for the current season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included. The amount of the tourist tax is set by the Pays Foix-Varilhes Agglomeration Community. The eco-participation is an eco-tax fixed by the campsite.
Payment Term
For reservations made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, a deposit of 30 % of the price of the reserved services must be paid to Camping Ariège La Roucateille upon reservation. The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. In case of non-payment of the balance by the customer at the latest 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the village reserves the right to cancel the reservation and to propose the accommodation for rent again without paying back the deposit.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full payment must be made at the time of booking to Camping Ariege La Roucateille (30% deposit + balance of the stay).
Cancellation and modification
1. Modification of your reservation
The customer can ask for the modification of his stay at the Ariège La Roucateille campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) in the measure of the availabilities and possibilities. No carryover will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of modification, the customer will have to carry out his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and according to the rates in force. Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions for cancellation and interruption of stay.
2. Unused benefits
In case of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
- Closing the borders
- Administrative closure of the campsite
- Quarantine upon arrival or return of the client to the country
Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers that does not allow to come to the campsite - A voucher for the amount of the unused nights, valid for one year, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses to accept this voucher, he will be reimbursed, upon request, the corresponding amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance if it has been taken out.
Apart from the reasons mentioned above, any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the client will not be eligible for a refund or a voucher.
3. Cancellation by the campsite Camping Ariège La Roucateille
In case of cancellation by Camping Ariège La Roucateille, except in case of force majeure, the sums paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper

If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general conditions of sale in paragraph 4 a. will apply and the cost of cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amount paid in case of cancellation.
Your stay
1. Arrival

Rental accommodations: on the day of your arrival at the Ariège La Roucateille campsite, you will be welcomed from 4:00 p.m. In low season, this schedule can be more flexible. Contact Camping Ariège La Roucateille for more information. At the handing over of the keys of your rent, a deposit of 200€ will be asked.
2. During your stay
It is the camper’s responsibility to insure himself: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc.).
Camping Ariege La Roucateille declines all responsibility in case of incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper. All clients must comply with the provisions of the house rules. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting the tenant.
3. Start

Rental accommodation: On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 am. In the off season, this schedule can be more flexible. Contact Camping Ariège La Roucateille for more information.
The accommodation will be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the place if it proves necessary. For your information, you will find a detailed inventory sheet in each rental. You must report within 24 hours any failure to comply with this list or you may be considered responsible. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the indemnities deducted, on the basis of supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
Rental accommodations: In case the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of 60€ TTC will be requested.
For any delayed departure, you may be charged an additional day at the price of the night in force.
4. Rules of procedure
During your stay at the Ariège La Roucateille campsite, you and all the participants of your stay, commit yourselves to respect the internal rules of the campsite.

Animals
Animals are accepted at the Ariège La Roucateille Campsite (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee of 3€ / night and / animal when you book. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
IMPORTANT: they are strictly forbidden in the Premium Cottages.
Picture
You authorize Camping Ariège La Roucateille, as well as any person designated by Camping Ariège La Roucateille, to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on the websites or web pages of Camping Ariège La Roucateille – including Facebook and Instagram – on the presentation and promotional materials of Camping Ariège La Roucateille and on travel or tourist guides).
This authorization is valid for you and for the people staying with you. Its only purpose is to ensure the promotion and the animation of the Ariège La Roucateille campsite and will not in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
Litigation
Any possible complaint concerning the nonconformity of the services compared to the contractual commitments can be announced by mail or e-mail to the manager of the Ariège La Roucateille campsite.
Amical Resolution
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, within one year of his written complaint, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the right to request an amicable resolution through mediation, with
